A love that crossed continents…

Valeria came to Canada from Brazil for school — not knowing that along the way, she’d find something even more life-changing. She met Ryan, and with him, a second home. Their love grew across cultures and time zones, and now her heart belongs to two families, stretched across oceans but rooted in something strong.

Back to where it all began

For their engagement session, we drove five hours round trip to Saugeen (Sauble) Beach — the very place Ryan got down on one knee and asked Valeria to spend forever with him. There’s something deeply special about returning to the spot where a life together officially began — where every wave and breeze carries the memory of a question, an answer, and a brand-new chapter.

An emerald, and a sunset
The sun dipped low that day, just like it did when Ryan first proposed with an emerald ring — a gemstone that symbolizes love, renewal, and connection. Though the moment had already passed, being back on the beach brought it all rushing back. The warmth of the sky, the shimmer of the waves, the joy between them — it all felt like reliving a little bit of magic.

Celebration, their way
With a pop — a joyful, fizzy burst of champagne — Ryan and Valeria celebrated on the beach. Valeria laughed as the bubbles caught the light, and Ryan pulled her close. It wasn’t just a photoshoot; it was a celebration of everything that had brought them here — and everything waiting ahead.

A love shaped by distance, grown with intention… and grounded in something lasting: the feeling of belonging, wherever they are — as long as they’re together.
